Description
-
- Grave cut: presumably originally rectangular with votive deposit of an urn at Eastern end. A modern feature cuts through the Western end and [1444] cuts through it. The urn doesn't appear to contain cremated remains. The cut was vertical and cut into brick earth. The Western end was on the boundary between Zones 2 & 4 and could be associated with Paula's feature [1065]
