Johanna studied Archaeology and Anthropology at Cambridge University, graduating in 2006, followed by a Masters in Cultural Heritage Studies at University College London.
Johanna’s first experiences of archaeology were in Hungary where she worked on an Iron Age Tell site and helped to catalogue the ceramic finds from the site in the local museum. It was here that she realized how much information can be found from seemingly insignificant archaeological finds, and how important it is that this information can be accessed by the public in museums.
She joined LP in January 2008 to work on some old post-excavation work for Time Team, but has since started working with LP’s archives as well as doing some admin in the London office.
