Will Clarke

Will studied for BSc in Archaeological Sciences at Bradford University. His main area of interest is ornamental stones of the Roman world. To develop his studies further he spent a year in Italy at the British School in Rome working on the Tiber Valley Project.

After graduating in 1998, he worked at the British School in Rome as the ornamental stone specialist for the Tiber Valley Project, and is using the data form his work there for his Phd, which is due for submission in September 2008.

He has also worked in commercial archaeology in Colchester, London and the South East for around 5 years.
