- Fill-Roman. It is possible that there might have been some disturbed cremations- concentrations of charcoal, bone and pottery shards indicates that within ths fill. (1114)- basically it is a tip or dump within the backfill of a possible Roman quarry pit (so either the bone and pottery came from somewhere else, or from its use as burial ground)

Description
- Quite soft, moderately loose
- Dark grey/mid-brown
- Sandy silt, in a few places more clayey silt
- Frequent charcoal, moderate sub-angular small stones, moderate to frequent burnt bone, occasional sandy patches-yellowish
- Thickness: c. 0.26m, width: 2.0m (N-S), lenth: ca. 3.50m (E-W)
- (1114) is located in the very south part of 525/85. The pottery came mainly from two types of vessels. Extent of deposit unlcear on its eastern side; Sample No: 52, 40L
