Description
-
- Deposit of two-pottery vessels and maybe remains of a third vessel-Roman. Other sherds of pot could indicate a third vessel. (1222) may have been a form of votive deposit. A skull and other bones in layer (1253) could indicate that as well. The pots were broken, either from pressure of the soil, or before they were deposited (more likely from pressure)
