Description

    • Metalled surface- Roman. (1443) could possibly have functioned as some sort of yard surface. Its full extension is unknown because of truncations to N and W. However, it could extend to the West (of the western wall truncation)- It looks very similar. The surface appears to slope down towards east, and it could have stretched further north.
