- Construction cut [1307], dug for drain {1308}, was cut into (1404), the fill of [1405], that was dug into (1445), the fill of [1444], a Post Medieval drain run that had had the masonry rubbed out resulting in fill (1445). This subgroup is associated with drain {1308}. Cut [1444] was dug into (1342), the fill of ditch cut [1343]. This gives an indication of phases of building work on the site area during the Post Medieval period.

Dating Information

- A total of 14 pot sherds were recovered from fill (1445), seven of which were dated to 1480-1550AD. Of the remaining sherds, four were dated to 1400-1500AD and three were dated to 70-200AD; these latter two groups of sherds were seen as residual. Two pot sherds were recovered from fill (1404), one was dated to 1480-1600AD, and the other was dated to 1270-1500AD, and this latter sherd is seen as residual.
