- Context [884] was a Roman pit filled by (883), the upper fill, and primary fill (888), which was sampled as <19>. Pit cut [884] was the seen as one of the earliest stratigraphic feature in this area of the site, but the finds were quite late. Therefore it is possible that any earlier features in footprint of this feature were removed by its digging.
