Subgroup Narrative Text

    • Context (515) was the latest fill of {513} a horn core pit that also held primary fill (654). Fill (515) contained finds of clay pipe & pottery which are distinctly post-medieval. Fill (654) was very low on finds but seemed more organic in nature than (515). Fill (654) was therefore probably silting at the base of horncore pit.
