- Cuts [1056] and [1078] were both dug into (1038), the fill of grave cut [1037]. This heavy truncation has been seen as explaining why there maybe appears to be grave goods (such as shale beads) despite the fact it does not appear to be a grave. This grave cut contained interred skeleton 1039, that was quite heavily eroded and only elements of the upper body survived. Grave cut [1037] was dug into the natural gravels, and was the earliest feature in its relative stratigraphic sequence.

- A total of four pot sherds were recovered from (1038), and all were dated to 200-275AD. No other dating material was recovered from this feature.
