- Underlying the modern overburden was (978), the fill of soak-away {979}. Underlying this were two deposits that were (1122) and primary fill (1125). The soak away itself was {977}, and was built into construction cut [975], that was cutting Post Medieval ditch fill (949).

Dating Information

- One pot sherd was recovered from fill (1122) and was dated to 1480-1650AD. Given that this feature was used for drainage relating to the first phase of Post Medieval housing on the site area, this sherd is seen as rediual.
