- Stratigraphically under [975], was (949), the fill of linear cut [957]. This fill contained Post Medieval pottery and its very similar to other Post Medieval fills on site. By the look of [957] it is most likely to be a ditch, possibly related to agricultural activity on the site area. It was dug into the agricultural soils recorded in subgroup 263.

- A total of 16 pot sherds were recovered from the fill of this feature, of these 13 were dated 1480-1550AD and three were dated to 1400-1500AD.
