- Roman linear cut [1935] was dug into (1885), the upper fill of pit cut [1887], that also held primary fill (1886), which was sampled as <208>. Deposit (1885) was notably sterile and was seen as a capping layer over (1886), a much more mixed deposit, which was seen as a refuse deposit. Cut [1887] was dug into (1941) the fill of [1940].
