- Roman pit [663] was cut into [784], an early Roman pit and its fill (783). The function of this feature is uncertain. Cut [784], was in turn cut into (800), the fill of [799], a probable early Roman quarry pit that had been heavily truncated by later activities. Given the mixed nature of fill, it is possible that this was a refuse pit, but this is not certain.

- A total of four pot sherds were recovered from this feature, all of which were dated to 120-160-AD.
