I have been off for almost a week, which has meant the photo diary has ground to a halt… but now I am back, so expect a daily dose of photo fun, until the novelty wears off.
Silt trap?
Part of a drainage system, this small brick lined feature may have acted like a silt trap. It was connected via a brick and stone drain to a soak-away.
