The Roast Beef of Olde England
This is a classic English cut of beef called 'forerib' it is one of the best joints of meat for roasting, and roasting is exactly what the English like to do, preferably on a Sunday. This piece weighed 9kg and fed 25 people with around a quarter left over. My mate Dom summed this up the best when he said simply: "That's Georgian".
