I started work here at Prescot Street about 5 weeks ago. The worst bit so far has been excavating the drains, as they were relatively modern and not interesting for me. The best bit for me was finding the medieval shoes. I have found something similar before in Poland. I have not excavated Roman burials, pottery and coins before. I am enjoying my job, and look forward to moving into the next zone.
